Become Healthier – Not Sicker – As You Age!

Because the truth is:

YOU CAN BECOME HEALTHIER AS YOU AGE.

It’s never too late to turn your health, your weight, your energy, or your digestion around.

I was in my 60′s when I began to turn around my health. After a lifetime of diet, digestion, and internal organ problems, I was able to turn it all around. Now, at 72 years of age, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been in my entire life.

It’s NOT normal to experience degeneration as you age. Even though we see this happening all around us, it doesn’t need to happen to us.

We are brain-washed to think that growing older means we will suffer ill health, chronic ailments, and disease. I grew up watching some of my family in ill health as they aged. I watched my friends and acquaintances suffer with diseases of what they called the symptoms of “old age”. It’s so easy for us to expect that this is what will happen to all of us as the years go by.

But that brain-washed mindset is WRONG!

Here’s what you need to do to start turning that around.

1. FOCUS on “lifestyle”, not symptoms or disease.

This is that important first step. I know that can be difficult, especially if you are already in ill health. But it’s the first step. We know that many long term health problems come not from accident or bad luck, but directly from our lifestyle choices. Focusing on your symptoms or disease might help you fix problems temporarily and be “not-sick”, but realize that you may need to change your lifestyle to really be “healthy”.

2. START thinking about health as something you DO.

Don’t think about being sick or being healthy as something that happens to you passively. Think about it as something that comes from the actions you take – every single moment of every day. Every moment is an opportunity to make a choice for your health – to do something that makes you healthier. When you see opportunities to improve your health, don’t hesitate. Grab them!

3. DECIDE right now – NO MORE EXCUSES!

To be really blunt, the biggest thing that holds people back is excuses. Each week, I get dozens of emails full of excuses about why people can’t do what it takes to be healthy. But as you probably know, successful people don’t make excuses. They take action.
