Here Are Three Things You Can Do to STOP Sabotaging Your Weight, Health, and Energy

Here are three things you can do RIGHT NOW to stop sabotaging your weight, health, and energy, and to get back on the path to a happier, healthier life.
1. STOP listening and believing what so-called “health” experts tell you.
Instead, think for yourself and question authority! Question and test out every bit of advice they give you for yourself.

2. STOP concentrating on your symptoms and on “cures”.
Many people, especially with health problems, focus on “curing” their disease and alleviating their symptoms. For example, if you are overweight, you may be focusing just on losing weight.
But Real Metabolic Typing is about building health from the cellular level on up. We don’t focus on symptoms or cures. Worrying about symptoms and cures won’t do that. It will just mask the “real” problems – what is happening with the trillions of cells in your body.
Instead, we focus on changing your nutrition and food to MATCH what your body should be doing naturally, and this is making you HEALTHIER.
3. STOP thinking that health, weight, or nutrition is difficult.
Many people have a “difficulty” mindset. They think that becoming healthy, losing weight, and eating right is difficult.
Well, it IS difficult … if you are doing the wrong things! Most people try one-size-fits-all diets that are WRONG for them. Then when they fall off the diet, which they inevitably will since it’s wrong for them, they start to feel like dieting is difficult, even impossible.
But the problem isn’t that dieting is difficult. It’s that using the WRONG diet is difficult.
Instead, if you use a customized diet, created specifically for your unique body and mind, you have a much better chance of seeing the changes you want to see. It will be much easier to improve your health and control your weight with a diet perfectly matched to your unique metabolism type.
You’ve heard the old joke:

Doctor: Stop doing it. That will be $50.
Well, just STOP doing the three things above, and you’ll see just how much easier it can be to be healthy, energetic, and happy!
